Barry Robert Baker Jr., the man infamous for throwing a “sucker punch” at a disabled man outside a West Chester convenience store, died in a motorcycle accident.

Before on May 10, 2017, the videotape was captured, of him punching a man with cerebral palsy in South High Mareet in West Chester.

After which he was taken by state police and was imprisoned for the assault on the man with cerebral palsy.
However, his criminal records did not end there, after the imprisonment, he violated the parole and tried selling firearms to a drug dealer.
His activity led to the further imprisonment of the Robert. After the videotape got releases, many people recognized him as his mugshot was distributed worldwide.
Finally he was captures and anti-bullying legislation was swiftly implicated.

When his son, Baker Jr., was caught on CCTV footage punching a man with cerebral palsy outside a West Chester 7-Eleven store, his father Barry Sr. was arrested being part of Operation Wildfire, a countywide drug bust operation.
His father was among other 46 people who got apprehended at the time of eight-week operation, which targeted several drugs alleged Vicodin, morphine, MDMA, diazepam, heroin, crystal methamphetamine, OxyContin, Percocet, Xanax, crack cocaine, so on.
The operation targeted the drug dealers across Chester County, and Barry was accused of selling morphine.
When both father and son case came to limelight some made remarks that the crime runs in the family.
Joseph was engaged with his fiancee Denise Schmidt, who was also arrested by the police after the incident.
Denise hindered her fiance’s apprehension when Robert had gone missing after being released on bail.
She even paid for his hotel charges and gave him a pre-paid phone, that led her arrest, after her being involved the circumstance got worst.
